This 2-day PD workshop is redesigned to provide school Management OHS Nominees with clear practical strategies on what to do and how to do it!
The Management OHS Nominee is an important role described in some detail in the OHS Act 2004. It is a position of executive responsibility and requires practical Professional Development.
The program provides a clear and succinct overview of the duties embedded in OHS Law, Regulations, Compliance Codes and Standards, the position of WorkSafe Victoria and the role of the inspectorate in relation to the Department and schools.
